"Being human and having your humanity are different subjects, physically yes you are no longer human. But thats got to do with biological makeup, its not who you are. It hasnt changed your ideals and personality, you still have your humanity, you are still you. If you want proof then think about this, you arnt behaving like a vampire, you hate yourself for being one. A true vampire would rejoice in it and go find some poor soul to destroy. But you are not doing anything of the sort" He held her head and make her look in his eyes "I will never lie to you, so believe me when I tell you that you still have your humanity"

Abby felt like hiding in the coffin. She hated these feelings for the boy that she hardly knew, and she didnt even know why she was still fighting when she didnt even have a heartbeat anymore, she was dead...
Without saying a word she left the room feeling emotionless. She just wanted to be left alone and give up.

"Abby wait..." he trailed off, she had a dead expression on he face, it was a heartbreaking sight.
"Damnit" He whispered to himself as she left the room, he got to his feet and followed her slowly, he wanted to help her but simply didnt know how. Why am I so damned useless he thought to himself

She ignored Vincent and walked outside. So if she was going to give up how would she start... Maybe she could wait for the sun to completley rise and let herself burn alive. Yea... that's what I'll do... she thought.
Hopefully Vincent wouldnt know what she was doing. Being outside as a vampire in the daylight was deadly. She sat in the woods waiting for the sun to rise.

He was searching around the house, slowly getting more frantic. This wasnt looking good, he glanced out one of the windows and saw her what the hell was she doing? It would be daylight soon didnt she realise? Oh crap, shes trying to kill herself
He jumped out of the window and ran over to her "Abby, did nothing I said to you earlier sink in? You are still human, you dont have to do this!"

Abby pushed Vincent away. "Go away I told you these feelings I have for you aren't right! You deserve different so I shall break the bond!" Abby walked deeper into the woods. If she kept going and if Vincent forced her into the house by the time he got there hopefully it would be too late.
She realized he was still following her and she stopped and turned around. "Go away but for I hurt you!"

"Well then watch me," she growled. The sun started to slowly come up and she could see light starting to filter the mountains as it easily made it's way towards them.

That hurt Abby inside. "They'd hate me... but I'm a vampire and maybe... they'll understand... after all I had to..." Abby was crying now. "I had to kill them myself! They were completley out of control and they begged me.... even though they asked me to do it I feel like a complete monster! So even when I was Human I was'nt sane." Abby was silent for a long time. "Why won't you let me die..." she whispered.

Abby started to think about to go inside but then shook her head. "No," she sobbed. But then she felt the sun hit her skin and she started to burn. She fell into Vincent arms screaming.

He carried her swiftly back towards the house, keeping to the shadows as much as he could. But try as he may she still recived burns, through all of this she still attempted to protest but in her weakened state there wasnt much she could do to stop Vincent.
Abby was still alive when they made it saftly inside "Thank god, or whatever else is in charge of these things" he muttered

Abby was crying and trying to get back outside. She could hardly walk so she crawled to the front door but Vincent grabbed her and dragged her back. "No please stop let me go let me die!" she screamed. Her wounds were already healing and she didnt want it.

"You need to stop and think, what of the people you'll leave behind like your friend on the phone, what of your purpose in lfie, where did it go? There may be the possibility of a cure somewhere out there so dont give up on that hope either. Just think about what it is you truly want"
He held her tightly
"I dont want you to die, I can help you if you will let me, your friend might help too"

Abby sighed holding the white handkerchief in her hand she looked at the door it was close but all she had to do was run out there all the curtains were drawn it was dead quiet for a long time. Should she take the chance she was afraid she would hurt people espcially Vincent.
"Fine do what you want but if I hurt you on purpose or EVEN on accident I'm going out in the sunlight."

He sighed with relief "Thank you, now lets get you somewhere cool and look at those burns"
As he helped her up the stairs into her bedroom he couldnt help but let out a smile
Well at least I've managed to do this much, she is starting to believe in her own existence again. It was a very small step, but at least it was in the right direction.

Abby did'nt say anything she just kept quiet. She was gonna give up on suicide because she knew Vincent would stop her. She only sighed and closed her eyes and tried to relax.
